Refunds and Returns

Due to the custom nature of each Lynq card, no refunds or returns are accepted once production has started.
Clients may request a refund within 24 hours of placing an order, provided that engraving and setup work has not yet begun. After this period, all sales are considered final.

If your card arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately on info@lynq.co.za so we can assess and resolve the issue.
